Processing & Production Time

• Order Processing: Orders are processed within 24 hours after being placed.

• Production Time: Each item is made to order and typically takes 24-48 hours to produce.

• Shipping Time: Standard shipping within the U.S. takes 2–5 business days once your order has shipped.

• You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Please note: Production or shipping delays may occur during high-demand seasons or due to carrier issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Returns & Exchanges

At Next Level Designs, your satisfaction matters.

• We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

• Non-returnable items: Custom or personalized products, final sale, and clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.

• To start a return or exchange, contact us at support@nextleveldesignsco.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once production begins, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
